Coronavirus data in NYC
NYC provides thorough information about confirmed COVID-19 cases, updated twice daily, at www.nyc.gov/coronavirus
Their website should be your first source of information. This page is meant to help make sense of the case numbers.
I will update this page each day after the morning update of the official NYC cases count.
What should I be looking for? If the semilog graph looks concave down, that's good news. If the estimated doubling time increases, that's good news.
What can I do to help? Stay home, wash your hands and follow the advice on www.nyc.gov/coronavirus
